CANCELLATION POLICY
At Poised Aesthetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of service to all clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This allows us the opportunity to offer your time to another client. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time, giving a 15 minute grace period. However, your service may be shortened or rescheduled, and the full-service fee may still apply. Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. We understand that emergencies happen.
